After I had an EICR carried out on a rental property I own the company I initially used provided me with a quote for work to put the faults right. The quote seemed a little high so I asked g.a walton for a price for the same work. Not only was the price around half that of the original quote, but they looked over the report and explained why many of the items on it were incorrectly coded. I suspected the original contractor was looking to create work for themselves. G.A walton carried out another EICR which was a far superior report to the one I had before and gave me a quote for repair work, which I was more than happy with. An old school, honest tradesman.
